Context
Clinical trials depend on finding the right patients at the right time. Together with TriNetX, we worked on a patient recruitment platform that connects life-science sponsors with real-world data from healthcare providers, enabling faster feasibility checks and patient matching.
Our Role
- Captured stakeholder goals, workflows, and constraints across sponsors and healthcare providers.
- Produced a complete requirements package covering cohorts, queries, and recruitment workflows.
- Designed clickable UI/UX mockups for key flows such as cohort building and site selection.
- Supported MVP definition and refinement based on feasibility and regulatory constraints.
Outcome
The documented platform specification and prototypes enabled TriNetX to move into implementation with a shared understanding between business, clinical, and technical stakeholders, accelerating delivery while staying within the constraints of regulated healthcare environments.
