A healthcare client needed a virtual care solution to enable remote consultations, remote monitoring, and structured communication between patients and care teams. The solution had to support clinical workflows, scheduling, and documentation in a regulated environment.
Our Role
- Captured user journeys for patients, clinicians, and coordinators.
- Defined functional and non-functional requirements for video visits, messaging, and alerts.
- Prepared user stories and acceptance criteria for core virtual care scenarios.
- Created clickable UI/UX mockups for triage, visit flow, and follow-up management.
Outcome
The resulting specification enabled the client to move confidently into MVP implementation, with clear separation of clinical responsibilities, auditability, and a patient experience aligned with their care model.
